1. Order and payment management
1.1 Who can order through the shop of Bsinergy.it?
Only professionals in the sector (firms and/ or individual companies, with registered VAT) can order on Bsinergy website. Excluding the sale to individuals/consumers and neither to unauthorized dealers.
1.2 How do I place an order on the Bsinergy.it shop?
Ordering on Bsinergy is a matter of a few clicks. After selecting desired products, go to the Cart clicking the icon in the top right, review the items you have added and hit the “Proceed to purchase” button. Do not worry, you can still edit selected items or change your mind until the end of the purchase process. To continue with the order you need some data, including shipping address, fiscal code/social security number and VAT number: make sure you have everything ready. After specifying your details, select the payment method you prefer. By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, your order will be completed, and you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected bank transfer mode, a second email with payment details will be sent to you.
1.3 How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is complete, you will not be able to change it anymore, so we recommend that you review the items you’re buying carefully before you make the payment. If you want to delete your order or part of it, please write to email@example.com. Please note that the cancellation and/or change cannot be made if the order has already been shipped.
1.4 What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order with:
– bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive all the information in a separate email, in which you will be asked to send a copy of the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org.

2. Shipments and deliveries
2.1 What is the cost of the shipping?
Shipping is free and included in the price of the products. If there are any special details on delivery conditions or in case of any doubts, do not hesitate to write to email@example.com.
2.2 How long will it take to receive my order?
The shipping time of an order can vary from 5 to 7 weeks depending on the type of product chosen. In the description of each product, as well as during the order checkout, you can find an estimate of the relevant delivery times. If your order includes items with different delivery times, a single shipment will be made, and the delivery time will be indicated upon checkout before the payment. If your order includes items that require special attention during transport, we will use specialized couriers whose delivery times may vary from the standard times indicated. We will ensure the best possible service and create a direct line between you and the courier who will deliver your products. Bsinergy is committed to meet the estimated delivery times as communicated on the site. However, if this happens during the production or fulfillment of an order phases, you will always be notified in a timely manner by the Bsinergy team. 2.3 Who is responsible for the shipping of my order?
Your order will be fulfilled by our logistics service and delivered through our trusted couriers. We will always keep you updated on the course of the shipment and notify you as soon as your order is consigned to them. In cases of shipments that require special attention during transportation specialized couriers will be hired, using telephone notice service to agree with you on the delivery.
2.4 What shall I do upon the delivery of my order?
We recommend that you always check your order at the time of the delivery. Check that the number of packages matches what is indicated in the delivery receipt, also check the packages integrity and whether there are any signs of tears or irregularities with respect to the integrity of the content. In case of any irregularities, please indicate word “Accepted with reservation” on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of document signing and write to email@example.com reporting the details of the delivery. Please note that you have 14 days to report them to us and to make a complaint. After this deadline we will no longer be able to accept any complaints or claims.
3. Returns and Complaints
3.1 How can I contact you for product support?
If you have concerns or need assistance with your purchased products, please contact our Customer Support service by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need a telephone contact, please specify your contact details it in the email and we will call you back as soon as possible.
3.2 How and when can I return or replace an item?
If you are not satisfied with your order because it has a damage or defect, you can choose to return one or more items. The items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly packaged and wrapped. Please use the same cardboard protective box in which you received your order for shipping. In case it is not possible, use an equally safe protective box. You can replace the damaged or defective product with the same item, if it is available in stock, or ask for a refund. Contact our customer service by writing to email@example.com within 14 days of the order delivery date. We will arrange the pickup through our courier and provide you with all the instructions. In this case, Bsinergy will reimburse you for the cost of the item (unless replaced) and will bear the shipping costs. Remember to include a copy of your transport slip in your package, which will be emailed to you by our Customer Support, and where you will need to highlight the returned products and the reason for the return.
3.3 How do I get a refund?
Returning one or more defective products will result in a full refund of the cost of the item(s). The refund will be made through credit based on the payment method used during the purchase. The refund will be processed once the package has been confirmed to arrive at our warehouse.
4. The reliability of BSINERGY
4.1 Are the products I buy on Bsinergy guaranteed?
Bsinergy and/or partner manufactures representing will, in relation to the products you purchase, provide the legal guarantee of compliance with the terms and conditions under Articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code, as well as in conventional terms best specified in the general terms of sale. In particular, the rights created by that grant may be exercised on the condition that the products have been used correctly, with due diligence and in accordance with the intended use and what is provided in the indications included, as well as after the customer’s display of the delivery box received with the same and indication of the order number. The costs of returning products as result of the warranty exercised will be borne by Bsinergy and/or partner manufacturers.
